Office Angels are recruiting for an Administrator to work ad hoc dates with one of their existing clients in Cardiff.
Duties include
- Supporting colleagues with workload
- Organising the meeting rooms electronically
- Monitor the companies email box and response as required
- Producing letters
- Arrange travel and accommodation
Key Skills
- Computer Literate, including Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook
- Excellent organisation
- Time Management
- Strong written and verbal communication
